ABOUT THE PROGRAM

6 WEEKS OF IN-PERSON CLASSROOM TRAINING

Each one of the sessions is 3 hours long and you will get a chance to ask any questions regarding the material covered. You'll also be able to network with the other investors in the class, find possible partnerships and source deals from each other.

 

2 DAYS OF ON-SITE PROPERTY VISITS

You will get to see at least 6 real projects so you can learn the ins-and-outs of managing rehab projects. You'll also get to ask any questions regarding the construction, managing contractors, and/or the design choices.

 

12 MONTHS OF ONGOING MENTORSHIP

After and during the class you will have access to our team to help you with marketing, analyzing, funding and structuring your deals. We will also help you with scaling your business and answer any questions you might have as you're growing your business.
