THE MAKEOVER OF AN OUTDATED BELLWOOD HOME

Posted · Add Comment

This post is dedicated to showcasing the transformation this property in Bellwood went through. When we first walked in the house, it looked like it hadn’t been updated since the early 80’s: wood paneling everywhere, wallpaper in the kitchen, and 3 layers (yes, 3 layers) of sticky tiles on the kitchen floor.

Needless to say, it needed quite a bit of work. We installed all new electric, plumbing, windows, doors, and refinished the hardwood floors. Completely remodeled the kitchen and bath with beautiful tile and finishes. The kitchen got all new cabinets with gorgeous granite countertops with an inset sink, brand new stainless steel appliances, and all new fixtures. We also added recessed lighting in the kitchen and living room, created a breakfast bar, and installed all new trim throughout the house.
